1.>BRC Welded Fence Introduction
Roll Top is a mesh fence system that has a rolled top for enhanced safety and rigidity of fence system. Along the top side and bottom side of fence there are closed section located, the roll top mesh fence system is most friendly system for install workers due to there are no any burrs or sharp, raw edges in the whole sheet of mesh fence. Roll top mesh fence width is 2500mm and 3000mm and the height range from 900mm to 2000mm to suit different conditions requirement. The rolled beam at the top and bottom of fence panels lead to the unique maximum rigidity.

Zinc coating of BRC Welded Fence
Panels are manufactured from pro-galvanized wires.
And adhesion coating is applied to allow perfect adhesion with the polyester coating (min. 100 micron).
Colors of BRC Welded Fence
Standard colors are Green RAL 6005 and Black RAL 9005.
Other colors are available on request.
2.> Post of BRC Welded Fence
Post is manufactured from 60x60 square hollow section and fitted with M8 threaded inserts for securing panels, with a wide range of height available. Posts come inclusive of top caps.

1.> Packaging of BRC Welded Fence
Fence Panel:
1) It has rubber mat at the bottom of the pallet to avoid the pallet destroyed the panels;
2) It has 4 metal corners to keep the pallet more strong;
3) It has metal plate under the plastic bandage to reduce the apressure of fence panels;
4) It has wooden plate at the top of fence panel which can protect the fence panels avoid being crushed by other pallets.
Fence Post:
1) The caps have been installed on the top of post, which reduce your labor cost and installing time;
2) Each post are packed by a long plastic bag avoiding damaged by friction;
3) All posts are packed by metal pallet for loading and unloading.
Fence Accessories:
All accessories are packed in a small plastic bag, then by carton box.
