Food Grade Heat Resistant PTFE mesh Conveyor Belt
PTFE mesh fabric is coated with food grade PTFE emulsion which can be made to conveyor belt for food dryer Machine or as mesh mat during coooking. All the PTFE mesh fabric has the advantage of non-stick and heat-resistance which make the food can be ealily dried or cooked without stick on the belt.
Its non-stick surface, operating temperature range from -70degrees to +320degrees and the 70% open area makes this belting breathable, a perfect solution for many drying applications such as:
- Conveyorized screen print dryers
- Conveyorized belts for drying textiles
- Conveyorized belts for resoldering and ink drying cable braiding
- Conveyorized belts for side and base sealing auto pack machines
